  4. Enter that number on the website or app you are verifying

Before requesting deletion, it is a good idea to:

  • Use or review any remaining balance in your account
  • Check your transaction history if you need records for future reference
  • Cancel any active rentals or services that are still running
  • Save any information you may want before the account is removed
